Job summary

Susquehanna Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to cover PRN all shifts, including 8- and 12-hour shifts. Location is Columbia, PA. Competitive base rates of $30–$38 per hour with shift differentials and a daily pay option are offered.

Responsibilities include medication administration, unit rounds, and coordinating care with inter-department teams. PRN requires weekend work and adherence to pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• PRN employees must work one weekend per month (2 shifts) and additional shifts.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment background check and physical / drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make daily rounds on your unit/shift.
• Develop and maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel.
• Receive/provide nursing report at shift start and end.
