Job summary

Labcorp in Lake Havasu, AZ is seeking a Float Phlebotomist Casual to join our team. This casual/PRN role requires blood collection across age groups, specimen handling, and travel to additional sites as needed.

The position emphasizes customer service, data entry, and ability to work independently or with a team, with a varied schedule Monday–Friday and opportunity for growth within Labcorp.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications include 6 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Current or prior Labcorp experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
