Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Resident Assistant in Wisconsin to support residents with daily living activities, maintain their personal environment, and provide observation and documentation. You will assist with onboarding new Associates and work in a compassionate, community-focused setting.

The role requires excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and completion of a medication administration training program.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
