Job summary

Azura of Verona in Verona, WI is seeking a friendly Casual Concierge to be the first contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, providing warm greetings and information at the front desk.

You will handle phone calls, directions, mail distribution, and light clerical tasks while keeping the reception area neat and inviting, contributing to a compassionate Azura Living environment.

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member.

• Assist with basic clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and coffee bar.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with other duties as needed.

Available Shifts

• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
