Job summary

Azura Memory Care in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Part-Time Concierge to greet residents, families and visitors and to support staff with clerical tasks. This role involves answering phones, guiding guests, and helping maintain a welcoming environment across shifts.

The ideal candidate speaks clearly, has at least a high school diploma, and possesses clerical experience. Weekday shifts with no weekend requirements offer a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to a compassionate

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member.
• Greet visitors and assist them with finding their destination.
• Take and deliver messages to staff.
• Provide general information, directions, and community details.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain a welcoming community area and keep the coffee bar organized.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Part-Time Concierge | Azura of Fox Point

Azura Living is seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Part-Time Concierge to join our team at Azura of Fox Point!

Be the welcoming face of our community and help create a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday through Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Part-time hours with no weekend requirements!

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
