BRP is seeking a Castline Fill Station Operator to support the Spruce Pine manufacturing team. You will operate castlines, control pouring robots, move casting clusters with a hoist, and maintain furnace and related equipment to keep production flowing smoothly.
Ideal candidates are technically inclined, mechanically minded, and able to follow written and verbal processes. The role requires physical stamina and a focus on safety and quality in every part made.
We are looking for a Castline Fill Station Operator who will report to the Operations Supervisor via the Castline Team Lead, who’ll be tasked with helping to run our castlines. As part of your role, you’ll be a significant contributor to BRP-Spruce Pine’s manufacturing operation.
