Job summary

Siemens Energy in Gibsonton, FL, is seeking an Entry-Level/Mold Operator to join our Gas Services team. You will transport molds, operate preheat furnaces, and perform post-cast procedures in a high-heat environment, following strict production specifications.

You will use hand tools, operate a hoist, and learn the Mercury system while ensuring safety through LOTO readiness and clean, organized work areas. High School or GED required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a completed High School or GED is required.
• Ability to read Engineering instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work in extreme heat.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position requires an export license and working with export-controlled technology under US export control law.

Responsibilities

• Transport molds into and out of preheat furnaces and casting furnaces.
• Operate hydraulics and pneumatic devices.
• Conduct post-cast procedures.
• Follow production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality.
• Keep area clean and organized and train other employees as needed.
