Responsibilities

• Oversee production in Casting to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Enforce safety and environmental standards.
• Lead line leaders and associates; coaching and scheduling.
• Address daily production issues and report through BPS boards.
• Gathers information and conducts 5 WHY analysis for customer issues.
