Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior maintenance experience. Safety, quality, and on-time delivery are key goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in equipment maintenance or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of casting processes and equipment maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair casting equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and checklists.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing fixes to minimize downtime.
• Record maintenance activities and downtime in logs for analysis.
• Support equipment setup and changeovers, ensuring proper installation of casting molds.
• Adhere to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental guidelines.
