Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in equipment maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of casting processes and equipment maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on casting equipment according to schedules.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Engineering teams on issues and improvements.
• Record maintenance activities, parts used, and downtime in logs.
• Support equipment setup and changeovers for casting molds.
• Follow safety, lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time production.
