- Excellent written and verbal communication with customers on technical matters.
Responsibilities
- Improve alloy performance, casting processes, and product quality from lab or shop.
- Support melting, casting, heat treatment, and finishing operations.
- Review customer specifications and technical requirements.
- Analyze metallurgical data, microstructures, and mechanical properties.
- Lead root-cause analysis to troubleshoot quality and production challenges.
- Prepare technical reports and customer documentation.
