Your Talent Team is seeking a Metallurgical Engineer to become a hands-on castings expert, improving alloy performance and product quality across our aerospace, defense, petrochemical, and industrial markets. You will work closely with lab and production teams to analyze microstructures, guide melting, casting, and heat-treatment processes, and support customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering or related field, at least two years in foundry

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering or related field.
• Minimum two years in foundry or casting operations.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in both lab and shop floor environments.

Responsabilidades

• 60%: improve alloy performance, casting processes, and product quality in lab or shop floor.
• Support melting, casting, heat treatment, and finishing operations.
• Review customer specifications, purchase orders, and technical requirements.
• Analyze metallurgical data, microstructures, and mechanical properties.
• Troubleshoot quality and production challenges through root-cause analysis.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• 40%: prepare technical reports, certifications, and customer documentation.
