Job summary

Beehive Industries is hiring a Manufacturing Technician, Casting Finishing to perform manual finishing on metal castings at our Cincinnati, OH facility. You will use hand and belt grinders to remove excess material, deburr, blend, and finish parts per work instructions and tolerances.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience with grinding and finishing operations, plus the ability to read engineering drawings and maintain traceability and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in grinding, deburring, blending, or metal finishing preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions with precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and belt grinders to finish metal castings.
• Remove excess material and deburr to spec tolerances.
• Inspect castings visually for defects during finishing.
• Maintain material and lot traceability throughout process.
• Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
