Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Technician, Casting Finishing at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. The role performs manual finishing on metal castings, using grinders and finishing tools to meet strict engineering and quality specs while maintaining traceability and documentation.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with experience reading engineering drawings and work instructions. You will work with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure on-time deliveries,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, process specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to perform detailed manual work while consistently meeting defined quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand grinders, belt grinders, rotary tools, and other finishing equipment to grind, deburr, blend, smooth, and finish metal castings.
• Remove excess material, flash, gates, risers, burrs, and other casting imperfections as required by the process.
• Perform finishing operations in accordance with work instructions, drawings, specifications, tolerances, and requirements.
• Inspect castings before, during, and after finishing to identify defects or nonconforming conditions.
• Maintain lot, material, and part traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
