Beehive Industries in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician, Casting Finishing to finish metal castings to tight tolerances, inspect quality, and maintain traceability in a high‑tempo production environment.

You will operate grinders, follow work instructions, document production records, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience in foundry, casting, metalworking, aerospace manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Experience with grinding, deburring, blending, polishing or metal-finishing operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing travelers or work instructions.
• Familiarity with grinding wheels, abrasives, belts and finishing equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate hand grinders, belt grinders, rotary tools and other finishing equipment to grind, deburr, blend, smooth and finish metal castings.
• Remove excess material and casting imperfections per process requirements.
• Perform finishing operations per work instructions, drawings, specifications and tolerances.
• Inspect castings visually during finishing; identify defects or nonconforming conditions.
• Maintain material, lot traceability and complete production records and inspection logs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Engineering to resolve manufacturing issues and meet delivery goals.
