Job summary

Miller Castings INC is seeking a rework operator to process steel, stainless steel, and aluminum castings after mold removal. You will use air-powered rotary tools to rework defects, removing cut and blend imperfections on castings.

No prior experience is required, though familiarity with manual cutting/blending tools is preferred. The role involves standing, lifting up to 35 lbs, and following safety procedures in a loud workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Reworking non-conforming product found in Radiography, Penetrant, and Visual Testing via air powered rotary tools.
• Remove cut/blend defects in castings via angled or straight air powered die grinder equipped with carbides, abrasive cutting wheels, and or blending stones.
