Qualifications

• Experience with equipment validation and machinery qualifications.
• Ability to interpret downtime and performance data.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining and block/prismatic machining processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Manufacturing experience in casting or automotive environments.

Responsibilities

• Verify equipment and tooling throughout all stages of validation.
• Qualify machinery and support tooling changeovers.
• Perform equipment buy-offs and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Provide onsite support to suppliers when needed.
• Analyze downtime data and implement corrective actions.
• Work with plant and supplier teams to resolve equipment issues.
