Job summary

Arconic Corporation in Lancaster seeks a process and maintenance reliability engineer to support production and maintenance teams in achieving plant goals. You will lead reliability improvements, diagnose equipment issues, and drive cross‑functional projects to boost uptime.

The role requires a technical degree (Electrical or Mechanical), hands‑on problem solving, and CAD skills; strong teamwork and knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
  • Hands-on with production and maintenance troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and CAD software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the team in safely producing the highest quality product in accordance with plant standards.
  • Accountability for the development and implementation of a reliability system to improve equipment reliability.
  • Implement and execute predictive and preventative technologies to improve reliability.
  • Lead RCA events to determine major leverage points for improvement.
  • Coordinate and oversee engineering/design, fabrication of equipment and related work orders.
  • Manage project forecasting for capital and expense projects.
