Arconic is currently in search of a Process Engineer to join our teambased in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As our Lancaster Mill continues to grow, we are looking for a Process Engineer who is passionate about improving manufacturing performance, solving complex operational challenges, and leading meaningful improvement projects. In this role, you will work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve equipment performance, reduce variability, and support capital and continuous improvement initiatives.
