Job summary

Arconic is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Lancaster, PA team. The role focuses on improving manufacturing performance, reducing variability, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across production, maintenance, and engineering teams.

You will drive data‑driven problem solving, lead RCA efforts, and manage projects from concept to start-up while coordinating with multiple functions and safety/compliance requirements to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 0 to 12+ years of engineering experience; position level determined by experience and qualifications.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and plant performance.
• Lead project scopes, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional execution.
• Coordinate engineering, design, fabrication, installation, and startup activities.
• Support outage planning and manage capital and expense spending for projects.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement best practices.
