Job summary

Arconic seeks an Electrical Engineer for our Lancaster Mill in Lancaster, PA. You will provide engineering support across the mill, lead capital projects, and drive continuous improvement to safety, reliability, and productivity.

In this hands-on, cross-functional role you will partner with Production, Maintenance and Technical teams to resolve complex electrical issues, apply best practices, and shape the plant’s future with modern equipment and robust asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field is required.
• 0–12+ years of relevant engineering experience; level determined by experience.
• Willingness to work hands-on with production and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary engineering resource for electrical systems and equipment across the mill.
• Lead capital and major maintenance projects from concept through completion.
• Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve safety, reliability, and productivity.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment performance and energy efficiency.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
