Job summary

Arconic Lancaster is seeking an engineer to support production, maintenance and administrative teams at the Lancaster Mill facility. You will provide engineering services to safely meet the plant’s business plan and goals.

You will coordinate projects from concept to close-out, including bid solicitations, design, installation, start-up and acceptance. You will assist with equipment issues and ensure safe, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required at start of full-time employment.
• Completed the 2026 Summer Internship Program at the Arconic Lancaster facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services to safely meet the Lancaster Mill business plan by providing engineering support to production, maintenance and administrative departments to achieve plant goals.
• Coordinate all phases of assigned projects from concept, scope development, written specifications, bid solicitations and related bid meetings, equipment and facilities engineering/design, manufacturing and installation through final start-up, acceptance and project close-out.
• Assist production, technical and maintenance with various types of equipment and process issues from an engineering perspective, particularly in the incumbent's specialized area involving mechanical equipment and related systems.
• Safely manage all aspects of assigned projects.
