Job summary

The Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) in Casper is seeking a compassionate, full-time RN or LPN to join our clinic team. You will provide high-quality outpatient nursing care, support providers, and help ensure safe, efficient, and coordinated patient care.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced primary-care setting. Wyoming licensure or ability to obtain licensure is required, with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Wyoming RN or LPN licensure (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in outpatient setting.
• Perform patient assessments and document vitals accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, treatments, and other clinical needs.
• Administer medications and immunizations as permitted by licensure and policy.
• Perform treatments, wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and health management.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
