Job summary

Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) in Casper, WY, seeks a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient clinic team. You will work closely with providers to deliver high-quality nursing care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Wyoming RN or LPN license or ability to obtain Wyoming licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in outpatient clinic setting.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, treatments, and other clinical needs.
• Administer medications and immunizations as permitted by licensure.
• Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document in EMR.
• Coordinate follow-up care and telephone triage.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and protect patient confidentiality.
