Job summary

Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is seeking a friendly food & beverage server to greet guests, take orders, verify alcohol age, and operate the Micros POS with accuracy. You will set up dining areas, restock, and maintain cleanliness while promoting casino amenities.

The role requires excellent guest service, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and compliance with health and safety standards. TIPS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check to meet employment eligibility.
• TIPS certification required as part of responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Check IDs to verify alcohol age requirements.
• Operate Micros POS, handle payments and receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock as opening/closing duties.
• Set up tables, trays and carts and ensure proper service areas.
• Promote and sell Soaring Eagle amenities to guests.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Follow all MICROS POS policies and department procedures.
