Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a dealer supervisor in Atlantic City to conduct assigned games per established procedures and to help ensure fast, fair play with strong guest service. The role includes supervising other dealers when applicable and maintaining game pace and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations as applied to the game(s) under supervision (required).
• Certificate of completion from an accredited NJ Dealers School or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
• Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps).
• Controls pace of the game.
• Informs the Supervisor Casino Games of any request or unusual play.
• Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after credit authorization procedures.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude during interactions.
• Follows Bally's service standards and resolves service breakdowns when needed.
• When acting as Supervisor, verifies procedures and supervises dealer activity.
