Responsibilities

• Monitors activities of guests and team members via CCTV for criminal activity and/or violations of regulations.
• Generates detailed incident reports of violations, suspicious activity, or emergencies observed during surveillance.
• Works closely with internal departments and outside agencies as needed.
• Maintains an exceptional attendance record and adheres to training requirements.
• Interprets and applies internal controls and standard operating procedures.
