Job summary

Boomtown Casino Biloxi is seeking a Surveillance Specialist to monitor gaming floors, operate video systems, and maintain strict confidentiality. You will prepare official reports, audit documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

The role requires 21+ years of age, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Training will be provided, with focus on preventing cheating and maintaining safe operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school or eighteen months of experience in gaming operations and/or law enforcement.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Surveillance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains keys, tools and supplies to complete daily tasks.
• Operates video equipment and monitoring software for surveillance.
• Prepares reports and sends to Manager for review.
• Audits and submits paperwork per MGC regulations.
• Maintains knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and laws related to Surveillance.
• Escalates issues to Manager promptly.
