Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
• Thorough knowledge of casino operations, casino games, and gaming regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of video surveillance systems and database software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily shift operations in Surveillance.
• Create effective schedules while controlling labor costs and ensuring coverage per gaming regs.
• Assist in budget process and report budget concerns to management.
• Support customer service and maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with regulators and law enforcement as needed and coordinate with other departments.
