You will complete training, observe table games and gaming activities, monitor slots and cage/count room operations, and document observations with logs and reports. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Observe casino and property operations using video surveillance technology to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-regulated environment for guests, team members, and company assets.
• After completing required training, demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in monitoring all table games and gaming activities.
• Monitor slot operations to identify irregular activity, ensure compliance with procedures, and protect company assets.
• Observe cage, vault, and count room activities to support accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor non-gaming areas of the property, including public spaces and back-of-house areas, to promote safety and security.
• Complete accurate written logs detailing surveillance observations and activities during each shift.
• Prepare clear, timely written reports documenting observations, incidents, and potential policy or procedural violations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned in support of the Surveillance department and property operations.
