Job summary

San Carlos Apache Tribal Gaming is seeking a Surveillance Officer to protect assets by operating surveillance equipment and monitoring activity across casino areas. This role reports to the Surveillance Shift Supervisor and requires vigilance in a fast-paced environment.

The position demands a High School Diploma or GED, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and strong communication skills in English. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• Knowledge of surveillance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Surveillance equipment is functioning on shift.
• Operate and monitor Surveillance equipment and cameras.
• Monitor and record customer activity at video and slot machines.
• Monitor all areas by video camera and alarm equipment.
• Complete video logs and reports.
• Assist investigations by Tribal Gaming Office or law enforcement.
• Report gaming irregularities to Tribal Gaming Office.
• Contribute to team effort and perform other duties.
