Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring a Slot Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service on the casino floor, assist players with slot machine operations, and serve as a welcoming ambassador for the casino.

Responsibilities include verifying jackpots, performing minor repairs, handling guest concerns, and staying informed about events and promotions to enhance guest experiences. Must be able to obtain a state gaming license and work in a smoking environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.

Job Summary

The Slot Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service on the casino floor by assisting players with slot machine operations. The Slot Attendant is the ambassadors for the casino, providing prompt assistance, resolving guest concerns, and escalating issues when needed.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Performs minor repair to slot machines.

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude at all times.
• Knowledge of all special events and promotional activities available to guest.

What You Will Need

A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to perform multiple duties under frequent time pressures.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Ability to push, pull, twist and lift up to 30lbs.

Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
