Caesars Entertainment's Isle Casino Bettendorf is seeking a part-time Casino Bar Back to support bartenders and maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and smooth service in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will stock bars with liquor, beer, mixes, fruit, napkins, ice and other essentials, assist bartenders, and keep beverage areas organized. A high school diploma is preferred; you must obtain and maintain a state gaming license; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Job Summary

The Casino Bar back is responsible for supporting bartenders with all back-of-house bar operations. Responsible for basic prep and stock work for bar and beverage areas to ensure bars remain fully stocked, clean, organized, and prepared for high-volume service.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Responsible for stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products all other products required in the day-to-day operation.

Assists bartenders prepare and serve beverages according to established standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage areas.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Must be able to obtain and maintain valid state gaming license.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to push, pull, twist and lift up to 50lbs.
• Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
