LakeSide Entertainment is seeking skilled and dependable Shift Supervisors to lead our gaming floor teams in Union Springs. If you thrive in a fast-paced casino atmosphere and excel in communication, this is your opportunity to lead with impact.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, train staff, and provide exceptional customer service, all while maximizing guest satisfaction on the casino floor.

Qualifications

2+ years cashiering experience required.
1+ year supervisory experience in a related field required.
Must be 18+ years old.
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Guide daily operations and oversee staff performance.
Assign tasks and train new and existing team members.
Monitor casino floor activity to maximize guest satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of shift activities.
