Job summary

Boomtown Casino Hotel is seeking a Casino Shift Manager to oversee gaming floor operations, including table games, keno and slots, and to resolve guest service issues. The role requires familiarity with Gaming Regulations and strong multi-tasking and communication skills.

The Manager on Duty will support all departments and uphold a high standard of guest service, teamwork, and professional conduct on the casino floor.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy (Excel, Word) required.
• Must be 21+ to work in gaming environment.
• Full-time position; must obtain gaming and beverage cards.

POSITION SUMMARY

The successful Casino Shift Manager must be familiar with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (table games including 21, pai-gow, craps, as well as keno and slots). This position provides support to all departments and is responsible for resolving guest service issues. Excellent guest service skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
