This position involves maintaining confidentiality, entering membership information, and assisting in marketing promotions. Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a High School Diploma or GED equivalency. Flexibility in working hours is essential as well as a focus on guest satisfaction in a vibrant environment.

Qualifications

• Must work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Cash handling background helpful but not required.
• Minimum of one year of guest service experience is strongly encouraged.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & guest service skills.
• Knowledge of entry level computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of any disclosed information.
• Enter membership information into the computer.
• Assist in marketing promotions and player events.

• Respond to reasonable guest requests or connect guests with appropriate staff.
• Identify situations requiring notification/approval by others.
• Cooperate and follow directions to complete assignments with the team.

Responsibilities

• Enter membership information into computer
• Be knowledgeable of, and follow, all gaming regulations related to this position
