Qualifications

• Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is required.
• High School diploma or GED. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year working in a service position in a banquet environment, full service restaurant, hotel or casino.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and beverage service to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take and fill food and drink orders and assist in maintaining a clean, neat dining area.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to all requests.
• Collaborate with Hosts, Supervisors, Cashiers, Bus People, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cashing out guests promptly and follow cash control policies.
