Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead Security Team Members on the Swing Shift, ensuring safety and compliance across casino operations. This role requires strong leadership, incident handling, and coordination with law enforcement when needed.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a $25.00 hourly pay, plus opportunities to contribute to a secure guest experience in a dynamic gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Associate degree in related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of security-related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Security Team Members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all applicable company policies, gaming regulations, and legal requirements are enforced.
• Assist with investigations involving guests, team members, incidents, and property-related matters.
• Identify, assess, and respond to potential safety and security risks.
• Protect company assets, guests, and team members through proactive security measures.
• Detain individuals when probable cause exists and coordinate with law enforcement and gaming officials when necessary.
• Maintain and monitor company-wide key control procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation regarding incidents and investigations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
