WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee Security Team Members on Swing Shift and safeguard guests, team members, and assets. You will enforce gaming regulations, coordinate investigations, and respond decisively to emergencies, while leading a high‑volume security operation with integrity.

Your proven leadership, strong communication, and meticulous organization will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment and ensure policy compliance across the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of security-related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Security Team Members during assigned shifts.
• Enforce applicable policies, gaming regulations, and legal requirements.
• Assist with investigations involving guests, team members, incidents, and property-related matters.
• Identify, assess, and respond to potential safety and security risks.
• Protect assets, guests, and team members through proactive security measures.
• Detain individuals when probable cause exists and coordinate with law enforcement and gaming officials when necessary.
• Maintain and monitor company-wide key control procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident and investigation reports.
• Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
