Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum three years of security experience.
• Ability to obtain Nebraska Gaming License.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Team Members during shifts.
• Enforce company policies, gaming regulations, and legal requirements.
• Assist investigations involving guests, team members, incidents, and property.
• Identify and respond to safety and security risks.
• Protect assets, guests, and team members through proactive measures.
• Detain individuals with probable cause and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Maintain and monitor key control procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident and investigation reports.
• Respond to emergencies and provide leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
