Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to lead the security team on Swing Shift and ensure guest and staff safety within the casino.

You will enforce policies, respond to incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed. The role demands strong leadership, 3+ years in security, and the ability to obtain a Nebraska Gaming License. Position is full-time with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of security-related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to help ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our casino operations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support Security Team Members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all applicable company policies, gaming regulations, and legal requirements are consistently enforced.
• Assist with investigations involving guests, team members, incidents, and property-related matters.
• Identify, assess, and respond to potential safety and security risks.
• Protect company assets, guests, and team members through proactive security measures.
• Detain individuals when probable cause exists and coordinate with law enforcement and gaming officials when necessary.
• Maintain and monitor company-wide key control procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation regarding incidents and investigations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

This position requires frequent walking throughout the property, responding to emergencies, maintaining situational awareness, and working in a dynamic casino environment. Team Members must be able to:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Navigate stairs, confined spaces, and large facilities.
• Maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Work around secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels.

The gaming and hospitality industry operates around the clock. Candidates must be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
