Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, or safety hazards.
• Monitor and operate surveillance systems, alarms, and access control systems.
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas, verifying identification and credentials.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents.
• Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with crowd control during events or high-traffic periods.
• Conduct safety inspections of facilities and equipment, report safety concerns.
• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Enforce property rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and management when necessary.
• Escort employees or visitors to and from vehicles or buildings upon request.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
