Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Illinois is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, Team Members, and assets across casino properties. You will handle security protection for guests, the pavilion and casino, and respond to disturbances with discretion and integrity.

Requirements include being 21+, a valid driver’s license, and a High School Diploma/GED, plus the ability to obtain an Illinois Gaming License. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain & maintain an active Illinois Gaming License.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• The position of Security Officer ensures the safety of company assets and the welfare of guests and Team Members.
• Provide security protection for guests, pavilion and casino property.
• Assist with monetary transactions between the casino cage, gaming tables and slots in compliance with policies and management directions.
• Comply with Underage Gaming, Responsible Gaming and Liquor Control regulations.
• Be alert to suspicious persons or disturbing incidents and respond promptly.
