Job summary

Seminole Gaming is seeking a Security Supervisor to assist in the efficient operation of the Security Department and Fire Command Center during the absence of the Security Shift Manager. The role emphasizes background investigations, incident reporting, and coordination with police and regulatory bodies.

You will lead Security Officers, enforce Gaming Commission regulations, and maintain high standards for guest and employee safety in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Minimum of three years of security supervisor experience in a high volume casino complex environment, or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Must communicate with guests and other employees in a positive manner.
• Must have ability to use good judgment in intense situations.
• Must interface effectively with property management staff, Seminole Police, and other law enforcement officials.
• Must promote an outgoing, friendly customer-oriented personality at all times.
• Must provide adequate protection for the safety and assets of patrons, employees, and the company.
• Must wear a radio earphone without medical limitations.
• Must be computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferred.
• Must have a valid Motor Vehicle License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background investigations as assigned.
• Investigate assigned alleged misconduct.
• Coordinate activities with local and state law enforcement officials.
• Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner.
• Direct and delegate responsibilities to the Security Officers.
• Communicate policy changes, memorandums, and events daily.
• Interact with guests and employees in a positive manner, in writing and verbally.
• Coordinate emergency situations as needed.
