Job summary

Palms Casino Resort seeks a Security Supervisor to lead the security staff across Palms Casino and Palms Place, ensuring guest safety and policy compliance. You will plan security activities, deploy personnel, and manage incident responses on your shift.

You will supervise access control, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed, while maintaining high standards of guest service and safety throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
• Must be able to obtain TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card.
• May require TASER Certification course and proficiency.
• Ability to use a fire extinguisher.
• Excellent surveillance and interview techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise security staff on assigned shift.
• Manage deployment and priorities for Security Officers.
• Respond to emergencies and direct evacuations when needed.
• Detain individuals suspected of criminal activity and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through security services and policy enforcement.
• Supervise access, cash rooms, and sensitive areas with vigilance.
• Coordinate crowd control for special events.
