Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the Security Department on the assigned shift and coordinate with the Security Manager. The role requires supervising staff, ensuring legal detainment procedures, and maintaining strong communication with law enforcement and casino operations.

Qualifications

• Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean Nevada motor vehicle report (no points in last 12 months, no DUI).
• Ability to obtain a Nevada gaming license.
• Ability to obtain required safety certifications.
• Knowledge of Nevada civil and criminal laws.
• Knowledge of electronic, video and alarm systems.
• Progressive security operations experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train, and evaluate security staff on shift.
• Assist authorities and ensure laws and policies are observed.
• Maintain information on cheats and security to protect assets and patrons.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain guest service.
• Support management during terminations, thefts, investigations.
• Handle drug testing procedures for reasonable suspicion.
• Ensure proper table games department procedures (files, credits, transfers, drops).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
