Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate security staff to ensure team members receive guidance to meet objectives.
• Ensure detainment procedures comply with civil/criminal laws and assist authorities as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cheats, suspicious activity, and security threats; liaise with law enforcement and other casino security.
• Resolve guest complaints and uphold high levels of guest service.
• Support departmental management during terminations, theft investigations, and procedures.
• Oversee drug testing procedures for reasonable suspicion and maintain policy compliance.
• Ensure proper handling of table games department procedures (files, credits, transfers, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
