A prominent casino in New Mexico is seeking a Security Officer to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. This role involves promoting company programs, managing security posts, assisting guests, and conducting patrols throughout the facility. Requirements include being at least 21 years old, having communication skills, and qualifying for state licensing. Qualifications

One to three months previous security or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

Promote all steps of the ACES program with patrons and employees.
Greet guests and assist as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Provide security on assigned posts, handle problem situations, and watch for safety hazards.
Write detailed reports for incidents involving law violations.

Responsibilities

Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES program with each patron and employee you may meet.
Greet all guests and assist our guests as necessary to ensure their satisfaction and return to the casino.
Provide security on assigned security posts: maintain high visibility; handle problem situations; watch for safety hazards; aid in medical situations if required.
Patrol buildings and grounds of the facility as directed.
Stand watch at assigned security posts in order to oversee the comfort, safety and security of our guests.
Provide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credits.
Assist customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc.
Provide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessary.
Monitor all entry and exit from soft count, and vault, and maintains logs of these activities if required.
Dispatch other officers to various assignments and maintain activity log sheets.
Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.
Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations, ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal control, and policies and procedures.
Must be knowledgeable of all special events and promotional activities available to guests.
Presents oneself as a Credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.
Must work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
Must always demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co‑workers and supervisors.
Adhere to all departments/company policies and procedures.
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
