Essential duties include supervising officers, managing emergencies, providing first aid, protecting sensitive information, and ensuring adherence to laws and policies. A strong leadership background is essential.

• Leadership and supervision skills are required for directing Security Officers and Dispatch personnel.
• Ability to recognize and manage emergencies and make quick, sound decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with guests and staff.
