Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Pompano Beach is seeking a part-time security professional to maintain a safe environment for guests, team members, and assets. You will promote a family-style service culture through positive attitude and proactive guest engagement.

You will handle money/chips, monitor access, respond to incidents, and stay informed about casino events and promotions while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
• Acquire and maintain CPR/AED certification.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• One year experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful.
• Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
• Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and handle difficult guests professionally.
• Assist in transporting money and chips.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and write reports on incidents and accidents.
